How to register for Phonelink

You are automatically registered for Phonelink when you become a member.

How to use Phonelink once you're registered

Just call and enter your member number and issued access code. You will be required to change this code on first time use.

Using Phonelink while overseas

Select Credit Union's Phonelink Telephone Banking service can be accessed while overseas using the International Access Number for Australia from that country. Although we do not charge for the service, international call rates will apply.

What happens if I forget my access code?

Just call one of the member services staff who will arrange to issue you with a new access code.

When to give someone else access to your accounts

Any person can be given access to your accounts. You will need to complete an Authorisation Form at any branch. You can give them full access or limit their access to specific functions.
